12 state financial officers pledge to encourage compliance with PBM rule
Officials praised the Department of Labor for providing employers with information to manage and lower health care costs and pledged to encourage compliance with the PBM rule.
Twelve state financial officers sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Labor praising the agency for supplying employers with information to better manage and save on health care costs. In the letter they also committed to encouraging compliance with the department’s pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) rule.
