14-Year-Old Charged in $161 Shoplifting at Nittany Minit Mart

Woodward Township Police charged a 14-year-old male with first-degree retail theft (3929(A)(1)) and underage possession of alcohol (6308(A)) after he stole $161 in alcohol and food from the Nittany Minit Mart at 18 Woodward Ave in Lock Haven on July 7, 2026, at about 2:45 a.m. The juvenile has been charged through Clinton County Juvenile Court.
