Woodward Township Police say a 14-year-old male stole $18 worth of alcohol from the Nittany Minit Mart at 18 Woodward Ave in Lock Haven on July 7, 2026, at 11:41 a.m. He was charged with 3929(A)(1) retail theft and 6308(A) purchase/consumption/possession/transportation of alcohol — both summary offenses — and was processed through District Court 25-3-01.
