18-Year-Old Arrested in North Charleston Homicide
North Charleston detectives and U.S. Marshals apprehend an 18-year-old suspect in the August 31 shooting at Dobson Place Apartments.
Detectives from the North Charleston Police Department arrested 18-year-old Kevin Bernard Douglas Jr. of Ladson in connection with a shooting at the Dobson Place Apartments on the evening of August 31. Two people were found with gunshot wounds and one victim later died at a hospital. Douglas Jr. faces charges of murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and is being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center.
