20-year-old Hanover man killed in crash at Carlisle St. and Eisenhower Dr.

Hanover Borough Police say a fatal motor vehicle crash occurred on July 8, 2026 at approximately 5:13 AM at Carlisle Street and Eisenhower Drive when a 2017 Suzuki GSXR operated by a 20-year-old Hanover man struck a trailer being towed by a 2006 Chevrolet 3500 driven by Adam Snyder of New Oxford. The rider was pronounced deceased and the York County Coroner ruled blunt force trauma as the cause of death; Penn Township Police, Hanover Area Fire and Rescue/EMS and the York County Coroner’s Office assisted at the scene. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact York County 911 or Hanover Borough Police at 717-637-5575; the victim’s name is being withheld pending proper notification.
