The York County Regional Police Department is continuing its investigation into the December 28, 2008 homicide at the former Jamie's Courtside Sports Bar, 18 S. Belmont St., Spring Garden Township. Police were dispatched about 1:54 a.m. after a reported disturbance; investigators say a physical confrontation occurred shortly before the victim—identified in the release as Andrew Wright—sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
