5-Year-Old Found After Escaping Makeshift Prison-Like Bedroom; Three Adults Arrested

A 5-year-old Pennsylvania boy is recovering after authorities say he escaped from a home where investigators allege he spent much of his life confined inside a filthy bedroom that had been modified to keep him from leaving, leading to the arrests of three adults responsible for his care, The New York Post reported. The child was discovered walking unclothed along a street in Swatara Township early Friday morning before concerned residents contacted emergency responders.
