66-year-old charged with indecent exposure outside Penn Township Dollar Tree
NLCRPD says a 66-year-old Akron man exposed himself in the Dollar Tree parking lot on June 20; he faces one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.
On June 20, 2026, at about 9:25 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a report of a man exposing his genitalia in the parking lot of the Dollar Tree at 1223 Lancaster Road, Penn Township (Manheim). Officers identified the suspect as John Matthew Keener, 66, of Akron, PA; he was charged with one count of indecent exposure (M2), case 86-26-04840, and the matter is before MDJ Stauffer. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
