73-Year-Old Charged with Shoplifting at Penn Township Sheetz
NLCRPD filed one count of retail theft after a Millersville man allegedly took $21.60 in merchandise from a Sheetz store on June 17.
On June 17, 2026, at about 4:43 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to the Sheetz at 1205 Lancaster Road in Penn Township for a reported retail theft. Officers say 73-year-old Gary Scott Thomas of Millersville entered the store and took $21.60 worth of merchandise without paying; one count of retail theft (18-3929A1, M2) was filed before MDJ Stauffer under case 86-26-04749. Thomas is described as a 6'2", 230 lb white male with brown-gray hair.
