73-Year-Old Millersville Man Charged with Shoplifting $21.60 at Sheetz
Northern Lancaster County officers say a 73-year-old man took $21.60 in merchandise from the Sheetz on Lancaster Road; one count of retail theft was filed.
On June 17, 2026, at about 4:43 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to the Sheetz at 1205 Lancaster Road in Penn Township for a reported retail theft. Investigators say Gary Scott Thomas, 73, of Millersville, entered the store and left with $21.60 worth of merchandise without paying; officers filed one count of retail theft before MDJ Stauffer. Thomas is described as a white male, 6'2", 230 lbs, with brown-gray hair.
