Adam Cushman arrested on bench warrant during Forks Township traffic stop
A 42-year-old man was taken into custody Oct. 8 after police confirmed a bench warrant during a traffic stop at Bushkill Drive and Newlins Road West.
On October 8, 2026, at approximately 5:36 PM, Forks Township officers conducted a traffic stop at Bushkill Drive and Newlins Road West. The driver, identified as Adam Atkinson Cushman, 42, was found to have a suspended driver’s license and a bench warrant for Failure to Appear; after the warrant was confirmed he was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Prison. The incident was handled by the Forks Township Police Department under incident 6365-26.
