Adner Pagan-Fred arrested for online contact with alleged 13-year-old
Bensalem Township police say 47-year-old Adner Pagan-Fred, a lifetime registered sex offender, used a social media/dating app to communicate with someone he believed to be 13, escalating to sexual requests and explicit photo solicitations.
On June 17, 2026, 47-year-old Adner Pagan-Fred of Philadelphia initiated contact on a social media/dating application with a person he believed to be 13; his messages grew increasingly sexual and he requested explicit photographs. Investigation revealed Pagan-Fred is a lifetime registered sex offender under Megan’s Law and a warrant was obtained July 2 for Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Sexual Abuse of Children and related charges. He was taken into custody July 7 by East Whiteland Police on a Bensalem Township arrest warrant, arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $15,000,000 bail; Bensalem Police thanked East Whiteland PD for their assistance.
