The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Westmoreland County District Attorney and federal, state and local partners announced charges against 12 people after a long‑term probe into high‑potency THC and Delta products sold in stores across the commonwealth. Investigators say agents seized roughly 150,000 items from three warehouse distribution hubs in Plum Borough, Pittston and Bensalem, and allege the group laundered millions through LLC fronts; charges include corrupt organizations, dealing in proceeds of illegal activity and felony drug‑trafficking offenses. Authorities say some products were packaged and flavored to attract children and that seized illegal substances often wound up with minors, causing overdoses and medical intervention; all 12 defendants have been arraigned.
