Alexander Blair charged in East Keller Street robbery
Police say a passenger was grabbed and robbed of $800 and a cellphone while inside a stopped vehicle on East Keller Street.
On August 11, 2026, at about 4:44 p.m., Mechanicsburg police responded to an active robbery on the 1st block of East Keller Street after a passenger reported being grabbed from behind and restrained inside a stopped vehicle. The victim identified the driver as 26-year-old Alexander Blair, who allegedly took $800 and the victim’s cellphone before the victim escaped; Blair and another passenger then fled east on East Keller Street. Charges listed include robbery and theft by unlawful taking (case MJ-09305-CR-0000169-2026 / MBG-2026-08-0450), according to Mechanicsburg Police and Officer Mark Martin.
