Allentown man charged with indecent assault after gym incident

A 35-year-old Allentown man identified as McCarthy was wrestled to the ground by two gym members after they allegedly observed inappropriate behavior. He has been charged with indecent assault and remains held in Northampton County Prison with a preliminary hearing set for August 8, 2026.
