Amanda Elizabeth Sweeney Teal, 33, described as a white female, 5'2", 115 lbs, hazel eyes and black hair, last known in the 1000 block of Wayne Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201, failed to appear in court on the charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and is now wanted. A bench warrant was issued on September 16, 2026 (case 2026-05677) for a Drugs/Narcotics violation (39-2-01) with $0 bond.
