A fugitive who was featured on “America’s Most Wanted” has been captured after 20 years on the run.
Dr. Ronald Fischer was caught Thursday off the coast of New York and New Jersey, according to NBC. U.S. Marshals, working with the U.S. Coast Guard, arrested him on his 56-foot sailing vessel, “The Silver Living,” after receiving a tip.
