Aniya Janey Taylor, 22, of Harrisburg, is accused of retail theft and criminal conspiracy after video showed her and two other women concealing merchandise and leaving TJ Maxx in Manheim Township without paying, resulting in a $1,232.48 loss. The incident was reported Oct. 19, 2026; a criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained.
