Anthony Brown arrested in Palmer Township on out-of-state weapons warrant, controlled substance charge
Palmer Township police arrested 43-year-old Anthony Brown after finding an active New York weapons warrant and a controlled substance in his vehicle.
On Sept. 22, 2026 at about 7:15 PM, Palmer Township officers located 43-year-old Anthony Brown inside a parked vehicle on the 300 block of Berks Street and took him into custody after confirming an active New York weapons-offense arrest warrant. Officers also reported Brown was in possession of a controlled substance; Magisterial District Judge Cappobianco set bail at $75,000 for the fugitive charge and $2,500 for the possession count. Brown was arraigned and committed to the Northampton County Prison.
