A bench warrant issued June 18, 2026, stems from a September 27, 2025 traffic stop in Stroudsburg where officers found a silver BMW with no registration that was later confirmed stolen from Jersey City; the driver fled on foot, gave a false name, and was identified from a prior-arrest photo. Giordano faces charges including evading arrest on foot, receiving stolen property, flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, false identification to law enforcement, and multiple vehicle and licensing offenses.
