On July 16, 2026, Lebanon County Regional Police responded to Walmart at 1355 E Lehman St for a reported retail theft. Surveillance showed a white female select merchandise, place it under the outdoor garden area fence, then retrieve the items after exiting without paying; officers identified the woman as Arlene D. Giorgio and recovered the stolen merchandise at her residence. Giorgio, 68, faces a (18) 3929 (A1) RETAIL THEFT (F3) charge and has three prior retail theft convictions (case 2026-00009057).
