Armando Camacho-Lopez charged with harassment in Kennett Square

The victim identified their ex, 31-year-old Armando Camacho-Lopez of Kennett Square, and provided dozens of text messages and records of over 90 blocked-number phone calls; a criminal complaint charging one count of harassment (18) 2709(A)(7) was filed in District Court 15-3-04.
