Arnold man charged after New Kensington overdose death
Police say surveillance, phone records and lab tests link Delino Franklin to pills that contained fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Delino Franklin, 46, of Arnold was charged with drug delivery resulting in death and possession with intent to deliver after a New Kensington man was found unresponsive in December 2025 and later died. Investigators recovered surveillance footage and the victim’s phone, executed search warrants that turned up pressed pills, psilocybin and other items, and lab tests showed methamphetamine and fentanyl in pills seized from both the victim’s and Franklin’s residences. Franklin remains incarcerated in a separate case; the charges are accusations and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
