Arnold man charged after New Kensington overdose death
Authorities say pills containing fentanyl and methamphetamine are linked to a December 2025 overdose death in New Kensington.
Delino Franklin, 46, has been charged with drug delivery resulting in death and possession with intent to deliver after a New Kensington man overdosed and died in December 2025. Police say surveillance video, a phone conversation with the victim, and evidence recovered under search warrants — including psilocybin and green pressed pills — plus lab and coroner findings showing fentanyl and methamphetamine in both the pills and the victim's system led to the charges; Franklin remains jailed in Westmoreland County Prison on a separate case.
