ArtsQuest announced the second major construction milestone in the revitalization of the historic Lehigh Valley Health Network portion of the Jefferson Health Turn & Grind Shop. Elected officials, community leaders, project partners, donors and supporters gathered at SteelStacks for a ceremonial beam signing to commemorate the progress.
