Bar Louie liquor license at Promenade Saucon Valley to be transferred
A Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board notice indicates the liquor license for the former Bar Louie at Promenade Saucon Valley is being transferred to a newly registered LLC.
A liquor license belonging to the owners of a former restaurant in the Promenade Saucon Valley shopping center in Center Valley is being transferred to a new owner, according to a Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board public notice hung in the window of the former Bar Louie eatery.
The notice, dated July 24, says the liquor license is being transferred from BLH Acquisition Company LLC to Saucon Valley TRS LLC, which according to the website Bizapedia is a Foreign Limited-Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania on June 17, 2026. The business’s principal office is in downtown Newark, N.J., according to the Bizapedia entry.
Bar Louie closed nearly a year ago, just before Labor Day, after operating at 2960 Center Valley Parkway for approximately 10 years.
The unit has stayed vacant since then. Recently-opened businesses in Promenade Saucon Valley include Wonder, Norman’s Hallmark and Sephora.
