Batavia Police reported multiple arrests in July 2026 for DWI, drug possession, burglary, assault and related offenses.
The Batavia Police Department reported a series of arrests in July 2026 following traffic stops and local investigations, including DWI charges for Torre D. Hamilton (7/10) and David B. Hess (7/13). Other arrests included Mark E. Flaming IV (7/7) on menacing, weapon and child endangerment allegations (accused of punching a person with brass knuckles in a child’s presence), Dennis R. Ramsey (7/8) for burglary and petit larceny, multiple arrests for criminal possession of controlled substances, and a range of criminal mischief, harassment and stolen-property charges; most subjects were arraigned or issued appearance tickets and released.
