Batavia Police announced arrests in several incidents between Sept. 25 and Oct. 12, 2026. Charges include attempted disseminating indecent material to a minor (Branden R. Flanagan), aggravated DWI (Marlon V. Miller), criminal obstruction of breathing and reckless endangerment (Jason L. Lawrence), public intoxication by inhalants (Jacqueline R. Garrett), theft of services (LeeAnne Krull), harassment and endangering the welfare of a child (Shaquinten M. Hill), and criminal trespass for three Rochester residents (Brianna D. Foser, Finnegan O. Whalen, Nathan S. Callaro); most were arraigned or issued appearance tickets and released.
