Batavia Police announced arrests in incidents from Aug. 16 to Sept. 3, 2026, including weapon and drug charges, burglaries, DWIs and several child endangerment cases.
The Batavia Police Department released a series of press reports detailing arrests made between Aug. 16 and Sept. 3, 2026. Charges include Criminal Possession of a Weapon, menacing, burglary, failure to register as a sex offender, DWI, animal cruelty and multiple counts of endangering the welfare of a child; suspects were arraigned in Batavia City Court, CAP Court or remanded to Genesee County Jail as noted.
