Awake Illinois founder Shannon Adcock and attorney Ajay Gupta are asking the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals to revive a federal lawsuit filed by a Bolingbrook High School student who says her bathroom privacy was violated. The case was dismissed in a lower court and now will be considered by the appeals court.
