Bench warrant issued for Bryan Wayne Ertel on intimate-image dissemination, harassment charges

Bryan Wayne Ertel, 45, of Harrisburg, was charged on June 28, 2025 with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image (M) and harassment—communicating lewd or threatening language (M)—for an incident on Yorkana Road in Lower Windsor Township; the charges were filed at MDJ 19-3-01 (Judge Fishel) and bound over to York County Court of Common Pleas. Ertel failed to appear at the Court of Common Pleas on March 4, 2026 and a bench warrant was issued; he is known to frequent the Harrisburg area and York County.
