Bensalem man Raul Solis-Soriano arrested on child sexual assault charges
A 46-year-old Bensalem man was arrested after an investigation found he allegedly assaulted a juvenile in his care on three occasions about a decade ago.
On September 15, 2026, Bensalem Township Police were contacted by a victim alleging sexual assaults that occurred about 10 years earlier by someone known to them. Detectives say 46-year-old Raul Solis-Soriano allegedly sexually assaulted the juvenile on three separate occasions while the victim was in his care and charged him with multiple counts including Rape of a Child (F1), Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child (F1), Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child (F1), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (F3), and Corruption of Minors (F3), among other related offenses. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Chichilitti, denied bail and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
