Bensalem Police Hosts Two-Day Leadership Training

The Bensalem Township Police Department hosted Paul Bailey of Bailey Training and Consulting for a two-day leadership course for all department supervisors and field training officers. Bailey — a deputy chief with more than 30 years of law enforcement experience who has presented to the FBI National Academy, the U.S. Army and numerous municipal departments — covered supervision, crisis communications, leadership and resiliency. The department says the training strengthens leadership, decision-making and teamwork to ensure continued high-level service and protection for residents, workers and visitors.
