Bensalem Police hosts two-day leadership training for supervisors
Supervisors and field training officers completed a two-day course on supervision, crisis communications, leadership and resiliency led by Paul Bailey of Bailey Training and Consulting.
Over a two-day period the Bensalem Township Police Department hosted Paul Bailey of Bailey Training and Consulting to train all department supervisors and field training officers in supervision, crisis communications, leadership and resiliency. Bailey, who has more than 30 years of law enforcement experience and serves as a Deputy Chief of Police at a municipal department, has presented to the FBI National Academy, the U.S. Army and numerous municipal police departments. The department says such training strengthens leadership, decision‑making and teamwork and helps ensure continued high-level service and protection for those who live, work and visit Bensalem Township.
