Bensalem Police Launch Bensalem Secure, Publish Weekly Retail Theft Arrests
Bensalem Township PD, working with the Economic Development Corporation and local businesses, has launched "Bensalem Secure" to combat retail theft and will post weekly arrest lists.
The Bensalem Township Police Department, in partnership with the Bensalem Township Economic Development Corporation and local business owners, has launched Bensalem Secure, a multifaceted program to reduce retail theft. The department says it will publish a weekly list of people arrested for retail theft and related charges and maintains a zero-tolerance policy; all listed persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
