Bethlehem man charged with simple assault and harassment after Leithsville Road disturbance
Police say a 59-year-old Bethlehem man was charged after a disturbance in the 1900 block of Leithsville Road on June 26.
On June 26, Lower Saucon Township Police responded to a disturbance in the 1900 block of Leithsville Road in Hellertown. Following an investigation, 59-year-old Robert George Bowen of Bethlehem was charged with one count of simple assault (M2) and one count of harassment (summary) at District Court 03-2-04; District Judge Alan Mege is listed. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
