On July 1, 2026, at about 7:40 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested 30-year-old Beverly M. Ohle of East Durham, NY, and charged her with aggravated driving while intoxicated (BAC ≥ .18) and two counts of driving while intoxicated. Ohle was processed at the Saugerties Police Department on Main Street and released on Uniform Traffic Tickets to appear later in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court.
