Beverly M. Ohle arrested on aggravated DWI and related charges in Saugerties
Saugerties Police arrested a 30-year-old East Durham woman July 1, 2026, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and related DWI charges.
On July 1, 2026 at approximately 7:40 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Beverly M. Ohle, 30, of East Durham, NY. She was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC ≥ .18 (VTL 1192.2AA) and Driving While Intoxicated (VTL 1192.3). Ohle was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on Uniform Traffic Tickets to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
