Black stroller found in roadway after falling from truck in Chambersburg

On July 12, 2026 at 3:56 p.m., Chambersburg Police were dispatched for debris and found a black stroller with scuff marks in the roadway at W Queen St and W Water St. Surveillance footage shows the stroller fell from the back of a white truck. Anyone who lost the stroller or recognizes the truck should contact the Chambersburg Police Department or submit a tip; the owner may retrieve the stroller during normal business hours.
