On August 16, 2026, West Lampeter Township police stopped a gray Ford after observing signs of impaired driving; they found driver Brad E. Floyd, 52, asleep behind the wheel at a parking lot at Village Rd. and Lampeter Rd. A roadside investigation and a consented breath test produced a BAC of .126%, and officers discovered Floyd’s operator privilege was suspended for a prior DUI.
