Brad E. Floyd arrested in West Lampeter on DUI, .126% BAC
West Lampeter police say a 52-year-old Lancaster man was found asleep behind the wheel and arrested after a breath test showed a .126% BAC; he also faced a DUI-related suspended-license charge.
On Aug. 16, 2026, West Lampeter Township officers observed a gray Ford exhibiting signs of impaired driving and located 52-year-old Brad E. Floyd asleep behind the wheel in a parking lot at Village Rd. and Lampeter Rd. A roadside investigation and breath test showed a .126% BAC; Floyd, whose license was suspended for a prior DUI, was booked, released and charged with high-rate DUI, general-impairment DUI and driving while operating with a suspended privilege, and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
