The City of Bradford Police Department arrested 68-year-old James Christopher Rensel of 16 Hobson Place on Sept. 23, 2026, after an investigation into repeated incidents of alleged indecent conduct observed through a fence between July and September 2026. Rensel faces charges of Indecent Exposure (M2) and Open Lewdness (M3); investigators reviewed surveillance images said to document some of the reported conduct. Already a lifetime registrant under Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law and previously classified as a sexual predator in Ohio, Rensel was arraigned with bail set at $150,000, was unable to post bail and was remanded to the McKean County Jail.
