Bradford man charged with DUI after sideswipe crash on North Kendall Avenue
Police say Bryan James Oneil sideswiped a parked car and recorded breath-alcohol readings near .096%.
City of Bradford police say Bryan James Oneil, 36, sideswiped a legally parked vehicle at about 10:17 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2026, near 42 North Kendall Avenue. Officers reported the odor of alcohol, say Oneil admitted having two to three drinks, and observed indicators of impairment during field sobriety tests; breath readings were 0.096% and 0.098% (final 0.096%). He was charged with general impairment DUI, DUI (BAC 0.08%–<0.10%), careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane; charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Richard W. Luther Jr. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
