Anthony Edward Kremer, 35, of Bradford, was charged Sept. 8, 2026, with two second-degree felony counts of Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements under Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law. Investigators led by Patrolman Tyler Blair say Kremer listed a Totten Hollow Road address as his Pennsylvania residence while living in Polk County, Florida for about three months and later used a Circle Street address he had not lived at for roughly three years because he received mail there; Kremer reportedly acknowledged living in Florida and not notifying the Pennsylvania State Police. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Richard W. Luther Jr., remanded to the McKean County Jail on $40,000 bail; all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
