Bradford man charged with two felonies for failing to comply with Megan’s Law registration
Police say Kremer registered Pennsylvania addresses while living in Florida and at a Bradford residence he hadn’t occupied for years.
The City of Bradford Police Department charged 35-year-old Anthony Edward Kremer with two second-degree felony counts of Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements under Pennsylvania’s sexual-offender registration law. Investigating officer Patrolman Tyler Blair alleges Kremer listed a Totten Hollow Road address as his Pennsylvania residence while living in Polk County, Florida and later used a Circle Street address he had not lived at for about three years because he received mail there; Kremer reportedly acknowledged living in Florida for roughly three months and not notifying state police. The charges were filed Sept. 8, 2026, in Magisterial District Court 48-1-01; Kremer was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Richard W. Luther Jr., remanded to the McKean County Jail, and held on $40,000.
