Bradford man sentenced to 16–79 months for assaults on police and jail officer
Jeffrey Stack received a state prison term after convictions for assaults on two Bradford police officers and a McKean County jail corrections officer, plus a DUI re-sentence.
(McKean County, Pennsylvania: July 17, 2026) District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer announced that Jeffrey Stack was sentenced to a term of state prison of 16 to 79 months after convictions on two counts of aggravated assault for injuring or attempting to injure two City of Bradford police officers, simple assault and terroristic threats for threatening and causing bodily injury to a corrections officer at the McKean County Jail, and a re-sentence for a DUI while on supervision. The judge ordered Stack to pay restitution to the City of Bradford Police for damage to a vehicle and a police radio, and recommended the parole board impose no-contact and no-entry conditions regarding the victims and their families.
