A McKean County judge sentenced Jeffrey Stack to 16 to 79 months in state prison after convictions on two counts of aggravated assault for attempting to cause or causing bodily injury to two City of Bradford police officers, plus simple assault and terroristic threats for threatening and causing bodily injury to a McKean County Jail corrections officer. He was also re‑sentenced for a DUI for which he was on supervision when the new offenses occurred. The judge ordered restitution to the City of Bradford Police for damage to a vehicle and a police radio and recommended the parole board prohibit contact with the victims or their families and bar him from being on their property.
