Katlyn Buterbaugh, formerly of School Street in Bradford, was sentenced June 25 to not less than 12 months and not more than 24 months in state prison, plus 24 months of concurrent probation, after being convicted on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine and methamphetamine). She was ordered to pay restitution to the McKean County Drug Task Force, provide a DNA sample and comply with other court terms. Buterbaugh was one of several defendants arrested last July during a multi-defendant investigation by the McKean County Drug Task Force; District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer praised the task force and the City of Bradford for their collaborative drug enforcement work.
