Bradford woman sentenced to state prison for drug delivery convictions

A Bradford woman was sentenced after convictions in a multi-defendant drug investigation led by the McKean County Drug Task Force.

Katlyn Buterbaugh, formerly of School Street in Bradford, was sentenced June 25 to not less than 12 months to not more than 24 months in state prison and 24 months concurrent probation after convictions on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine and methamphetamine). She was ordered to pay restitution to the McKean County Drug Task Force, provide a DNA sample and comply with other court-ordered terms. District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer praised the Drug Task Force’s lengthy investigation and acknowledged the City of Bradford’s partnership, thanking Mayor Riel, City Administrator Eric Taylor, Chief Michael Ward and City Council.
