Lititz Borough police stopped Brenda I. Ramos-Almodovar, 37, of Lancaster at about 1:40 a.m. on June 14, 2026, after observing a vehicle with no rear taillights illuminated and swerving over the double yellow line; officers reported signs of impairment and an odor of alcohol. A preliminary breath test did not match the observed impairment, she admitted smoking marijuana about an hour earlier, and a hospital blood sample later tested positive for THC; she has been summoned for preliminary arraignment and is presumed innocent.
